although not in person
due to the COVID-19 Lockdown.

The
comments will be recorded into a comments and response register that will be
shared together with the second draft of the plan. It is not sure when
the first face to face meeting will be possible, but we have decided to go
ahead with the virtual consultation to ensure progress. Thank you for
understanding and for your assistance to make the best the current bad
situation. Please STAY HOME during the lockdown so that life can return
to normal asap.
